Tinsley, Ronan v Morgane Greene, Inc., et al.
It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the appeals from the February 26, 2009 and the September 18, 2009 orders of the Civil Court to be consolidated and perfected in one set of records and one set of briefs. The cross-motions to dismiss are granted unless the appeals are perfected by no later than the February 2010 term - the filing deadline is December 9, 2009. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, the respondents may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeals.
