Separate appeals by Craig B. and Tuwanda Marie G. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 13, 2009. By order to show cause dated September 24, 2009, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned to the appellant Tuwanda Marie G. by order on certification dated August 14, 2009 and dismissing the appeal taken by the appellant, on the ground that the assigned counsel was unable to contact that appellant. The appellant Tuwanda Marie G. has contacted her assigned counsel.
On the court's own motion, and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
