Motion by the respondents AAA-Arrow Realty, Inc., and Joseph Gee to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 10, 2009, insofar as asserted against them as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed insofar as asserted against the respondents AAA-Arrow Realty, Inc., and Joseph Gee, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
