Motion by Wyckoff Heights Medical Center for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 22, 2009, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 5, 2006, and modified a judgment of the same court entered March 28, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
