| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 17, 2009, for leave to reargue those branches of his prior motion which were to waive the filing fee, for free transcripts, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before November 25, 2009, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses, and setting forth the source of funds used to pay for the hearing transcript.
