Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 25, 2009, and an amended order of the same court entered October 2, 2009, to stay enforcement of the order dated September 25, 2009, as well as all sanctions and contempt proceedings, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
