On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 6, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by Whitman, Breed, Abbott & Morgan, among others, on appeals and cross appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, all entered June 5, 2006, and appeals from two orders of the same court both entered October 16, 2006, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals docketed under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2006-07883, 2006-07886, 2006-07890, and 2006-10378, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph the date "March 6, 2009" and substituting therefor the date "March 6, 2010."
