Motion by the appellant-respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 19, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 9, 2009, and the appellant-respondent's reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
