It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction is granted. Appellant may move to reinstate the stay with proof of payment or ability to pay, at a minimum, the February 2009, to and including the November 2009 use and occupancy payments, as required to be made by both the trial court and this court.
