Application by respondents-appellants and the respondents on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 4, 2008, and August 6, 2009, respectively (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2008-09872 and 2009-08553), and appeals from five orders of the same court two dated September 4, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2008-09874 and 2008-09875), and three dated August 4, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-08555, 2009-08556, and 2009-08557), pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), and the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before February 10, 2010.
