Separate motions by the plaintiff-appellant and the defendant-appellant to stay all proceedings in the Suffolk County District Court, Sixth District, relating to certain noise violations issued by the Town of Brookhaven pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 30, 2009, and June 3, 2009, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
