Application by Richard Chen, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial on Department June 10, 2009, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Richard W. Chen.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Richard Chen to Richard W. Chen, effective immediately.
