| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Nicole Judith St. Louis, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 1, 2000, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Nicole St. Louis Matthis.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Nicole Judith St. Louis to Nicole St. Louis Matthis, effective immediately.
