| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Sang Cheol Lee to direct the appellants to file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 1, 2008, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellants to file a supplemental record is granted, and on or before December 1, 2009, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the two affirmed medical reports of Audrey Eisenstadt both dated August 25, 2007, concerning the appellants; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the movant's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 4, 2010, and the movant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 19, 2010, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
