Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated August 14, 2009, and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Diane Braun Hanley, Esq., 121 Katonah Avenue, P.O. Box 575, Katonah, New York 10536, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the children:
