ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 9, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District, is amended by deleting from the list of justices following the text thereof the name "SPOLZINO" and substituting therefor the name "SKELOS."
