DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by the defendant Bettie Jean Sanders from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 24, 2008, and October 22, 2008, respectively. By decision and order on motion dated August 28, 2009, the appellant was given until October 30, 2009, to perfect the appeals. The appeals have not been perfected.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]), and prior orders of this court.
