Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 10, 2009, and any judgment entered upon the order, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order dated June 10, 2009, as well as any judgment entered upon the order, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
