On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 15, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by Stony Brook University, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 5, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "the plaintiff" and substituting therefor the words "Stony Brook University."
