Pro se motion by appellant to relieve his assigned counsel on appeal and for assignment of new counsel, or in the
alternative, to provide appellant a copy of the transcripts in the trial court proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of said motion and
no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion seeking a copy of the trial transcripts is granted and the
time to file a supplemental brief pro se is extended to January 19, 2010, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied in
all respects.
