Upon the papers filed in support of
the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and operation of the order
dated July 10, 2009 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until determination of the appeal provided the
appeal is perfected by February 17, 2010.
