| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by Doreen Harris on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 8, 2009, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to stay her eviction from the subject premises and for poor person relief, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated October 8, 2009, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to waive the motion filing fee are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
