Motion by the appellant to withdraw the brief previously filed by assigned counsel and for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered June 14, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is stricken, and the appellant shall file the replacement brief on or before February 16, 2010.
