Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 16, 2008, to substitute Anna E. Knowles, administrator of the estate of Ann Gibson, for the deceased plaintiff Ann Gibson.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Anna E. Knowles, administrator of the estate of Ann Gibson, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff Ann Gibson, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
