DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated May 26, 2009, and to direct that the children remain in their current schools, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Angela Harrsch is precluded from relocating to the State of Washington, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
