On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 24, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the respondents, inter alia, to strike the appellants' appendix, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 13, 2009, is amended by deleting from first decretal paragraph the date "January 11, 2009" and substituting therefor the date "January 11, 2010".
