Motion by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 9, 2009, which recalled and vacated a decision and order on motion dated April 1, 2009, which granted the appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered March 17, 2005, to reinstate the order dated April 1, 2009, and to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
