DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with "arraignment minutes, several appearance dates minutes, the complete [s]uppression [h]earing minutes, the [c]omplete [t]rial minutes, and the [t]rial exhibits to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered August 30, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before January 4, 2010, upon papers setting forth the dates of the arraignment proceedings and other minutes the appellant seeks, the portions of the suppression hearing transcripts and trial transcripts that are missing, and the issues that he intends to raise regarding the trial exhibits.
