Application by Sara Louise Keating-D'Ambrosio, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 22, 1994, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Sara L. Keating.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Sara Louise Keating-D'Ambrosio to Sara L. Keating, effective immediately.
