| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by appellants on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Putnam County, dated January 22, 2009, to direct Cullen and Dykman LLP to file with the Clerk of this court certain minutes of the General Council meetings of the Friars of the Atonement, Inc.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before December 15, 2009, the Friars of the Atonement, Inc., shall file, under seal, the minutes of the General Council meetings from March 16, 1985, through March 15, 1990, for in camera inspection and those documents shall remain sealed upon filing, and the motion is otherwise denied.
