It is Ordered that the landlord's motion for a stay of the attorneys' fees hearing is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected by the March 2010 term - the filing deadline is January 5, 2010. In the event of the landlord-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the tenant may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay of the legal fee hearing. The cross-motion for various relief is denied.
