It is Ordered that the appellant's motion for an extension of time to perfect his appeal is denied. The appellant has failed to take any steps to perfect the appeal since filing the notice of appeal over eighteen (18 ) months ago. The trial transcript has yet to be ordered and the movant only now requests poor person relief, which should have been promptly made before the trial court, pursuant to CPLR § 1101. The appellant is referred to 22 NYCRR § 640.6, regarding the time period to perfect an appeal in this Court.
