| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated April 29, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, Marcy G. Hasin, P.O. Box 332, Highland Mills, New York 10930-0332, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the children to represent the children:
