| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 23, 2009, inter alia, to stay enforcement of certain orders awarding retroactive maintenance and child support, and counsel fees, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 14, 2009, awarding retroactive spousal maintenance in the principal sum of $26,032.40, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated October 23, 2009, and the motion is otherwise denied.
