DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to restore to active status appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 15, 2008, and September 24, 2008, respectively, which were deemed abandoned pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(f), and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged, and the appellant shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with this court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
