| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Ackleema Ally on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, both dated December 2, 2008, which were dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 13, 2009, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion "to resettle [a certain] order, for summary judgment," for leave to appeal to this court from one of the orders, and to stay certain proceedings pending hearing and determination of the appeals, which motion was determined by decision and order on motion dated August 11, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
