Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated November 21, 2008, in compliance with a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 24, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 4, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
