On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated November 16, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the appellant, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated July 9, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Rockland County" and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
