Application by the respondents Richard F. Daines, Commissioner of the New York State Department of Health and David A. Hansell, Commissioner of the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 3, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 14, 2010, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
