Appeal by the attorney for the children Jesse M., Sapphire M., and Shawn M. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 1, 2009. The appellant's brief was served and filed on September 21, 2009. The brief of the respondent Administration for Children's Services was served and filed on November 13, 2009, and the reply brief was served and filed on November 27, 2009.
