Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motions to relieve assigned counsel on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 7, 2005, and March 19, 2007, respectively, and proceed pro se, which were determined by decisions and orders on motion dated October 30, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
