| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the custody provisions of an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 18, 2009, to direct the parties to have custody and visitation pursuant to a stipulation dated January 24, 2009, and to stay a hearing on financial issues, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the interlocutory judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
