| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Hadiza Sani for leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 26, 2009, and November 10, 2009, respectively, to stay enforcement of the orders and to return the subject child to her care and custody pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to stay enforcement of the orders and to return the subject child to Hadiza Sani's care and custody, and for poor person relief are denied as academic.
