DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 17, 2009, inter alia, to direct the respondent to allow her to interview the subject child and to compel the respondent to send the child for visitation in New york

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the respondent to allow the attorney for the child to interview the subject child is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to seeking this relief in the Family Court, Suffolk County.
