On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decisions and orders on motion dated October 31, 2008, and February 6, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted motions by Jesse Lee H., on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 13, 2008, and April 17, 2008, respectively, are amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph of the order dated October 31, 2008, and by deleting from the third decretal paragraph of the order dated February 6, 2009, the words "pursuant to statute (Judiciary Law § 35)", and substituting therefor the words "pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law § 81.10 and County Law article 18-B (see St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hosp. Ctr., 89 NY2d 889)".
