ORDERED that its order on certification dated November 24, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by Leonard H., on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 21, 2009, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the name "Antoinette H.", and substituting therefor the words "Leonard H.".
