Motion to Dismiss Appeal

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 15, 2008, and December 2, 2008, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed for failure to timely perfect (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[g]; CPL 470.60[1]).
