Application by the appellants and the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs and reply briefs on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 20, 2009.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 18, 2009, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the reply briefs shall be served and filed on or before January 20, 2010.
