Motion by the respondent, in effect, for an expedited briefing schedule and for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from a decision and a judgment of the Court of Claims dated August 11, 2009, and October 5, 2009, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before January 29, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before March 5, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before March 25, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals shall be calendared when they are fully perfected.
