Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of bail order pending appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to February 8, 2010, and it is further

ORDERED that the operation of the order dated June 25, 2009 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until determination of the appeal provided the appeal is perfected by February 8, 2010.
